Crash Champions Collision Repair Howell Mill

I'd been having an issue with my car and was getting the run around from a bunch of repair shops, finally called these guys and Stephen the manager didnt make me feel like I was overreacting about the issue, gave a genuinely honest opinion about what I should do for an insulation part on my car. Didn't try and. upsell me or talk me into anything, he offered to come out and just take a minute to look at my issue and gave me an honest opinion. All while he was BBQing for his staff!! Shops like this make you want to come back when there is work to be done!! They're a busy shop but likely for good reason!

Poor experience here unfortunately. There was a car parked virtually blocking the entrance, there was no parking, stood in there for 30 minutes while one lady chatted with her friend on the phone and the other folks didn’t seem to care. Decided to just leave. Went next door to Bavarian and in-and-out in 10 minutes. Everyone should just go next door instead.

All in all a pretty bad experience. I was dumb enough to use one of my insurance companies ‘recommended’ shops so I guess that’s on me. Slow, generally lazy (about par for any typical Atlanta service in fairness) cheap non-OEM parts, excuses in their inability to source easily found parts. Pretty sure the paint won’t last long, the knockoff headlight used is a joke, and there’s been a rattle/squeak ever since. Build at least a week into their estimated time of completion, and expect one text to say one thing followed by another one saying something else. Not the worst by any means, but overall a 2 out of 5 for sure: cheap parts, poor communication, seem bothered by dealing with customers, their give a F dial is set on low and they seem irritated that anyone would expect more. Again to be fair that’s just to be expected in this city…nobody seems to have any standards or pride in their work, the bare minimum seems to be all anyone gives or expects. It’s unfortunate.

Did not have a great experince at this locaion. Wish i would have read the reviews before bringing my car here. Poor communication, extremely slow with determining an estimate. Dropped my car off in March got an estimate sometime in April and finally towed my vehicle somewhere else in May when the original estimate increased by over 5k. Do not expect to get calls or updates from these people. Take your business elsewhere.

All I can say is that they were all professional, did everything the way it needed to be done. They were on point and didn’t take any longer to provide an estimate or for State Farm to get back to me. The person who did my estimate is such an awesome Employee and listened to everything that I asked for. The front desk Mini, she is the sweetest of them all and very professional, also welcoming. I highly recommend that anyone who has to deal with your car to go see them. Thank you for your help. 11/10!!!
